I had joined Power 1 Fitness and had been exercising on my own, but knew that I needed something more to be motivated and to get the results that I wanted so I signed up for personal training sessions with Jason.
It’s been about 18 months now that I’ve been working with Jason and during that time he has not only helped me to become more physically fit, but he has also taught me about proper nutrition and has helped me to design a nutrition program that works for me, with foods that I enjoy eating. Shortly before I started working with Jason I had been diagnosed with diabetes and with Jason’s help I have been able to manage my diabetes with nothing but diet and exercise. Working with Jason as my personal trainer has been a great investment into me becoming healthier and physically fit, my only regret is that I didn’t do it sooner.
