I have been training on my own for some time with limited success. However, with Jason as my personal trainer, in only a few weeks of training with him, I notice a change with my body. Jason quickly demonstrated that the reason I was not the desired weight had to do with the number of classes I was taking.
Additionally, Jason’s personality and drive created an excellent balance between his vast knowledge of conditioning exercise and his ability to encourage and push me to reach my health goals. Now, I feel stronger and have more energy. I can definitely say that personal training has changed my life.
My only regret is that I did not sign up with personal trainer sooner. With Jason creating a customized workout program for me, it will ensure continual results, with more productive training and better results.
