1 cup pitted dates
1/2 cup pumpkin puree
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 tsp cinnamon
1/3 cup nut butter of your choice
1/4 cup coconut flour
1/4 cup dark chocolate chips
In blender, mix dates, then add pumpkin, vanilla, and cinnamon. Blend in nut butter and flour. Stir in chocolate chips. Harden in freezer for 20 minutes.
9 oz dark chocolate chips
1 tsp coconut oil
Melt chocolate chips and oil in saucepan over low heat.
Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper. Take a tablespoon of the batter and roll into a ball. Using a toothpick or fork, dip the dough balls into the melted chocolate and place on cookie sheet. Allow to harden in refrigerator for 10 minutes.
